Residential Mold Inspections

Do you suspect a mold problem in your home? If so, learn more about our residential mold inspections. We begin our residential mold inspections by talking to you in order to gain a better understanding of your mold issues and concerns. After this, we perform a thorough visual inspection of your home looking for evidence of moisture and mold. The next step is a moisture survey to measure the relative humidity and test moisture content in building materials. If we believe you have a mold problem at this point, we may collect samples and send them to a laboratory to be cultured and analyzed. Finally, we send you a written report which includes our inspection and laboratory findings, laboratory results, and detailed recommendations on how to remove the existing mold and prevent it from coming back.

Commercial Mold Inspections

If you own or manage commercial property and suspect mold damage, our commercial mold inspections are the right choice for you. If you suspect a mold problem, contact us, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. During the mold inspection, we perform a visual inspection of all areas of concern, a thorough moisture survey, and applicable mold sampling. We provide our clients with a written report detailing inspection findings, laboratory results, and tailored recommendations for mitigating any confirmed mold and moisture problems.

Real Estate Mold Inspections

Picture this: you’re selling your home to move into that beautiful house you’ve always dreamed of. But wait! The buyer’s home inspector just found mold and the deal is off. That is why it is important that you reach out to us for a real estate inspection. This inspection could wind up saving you thousands of dollars. We will identify the extent of the mold problem and provide you with all necessary recommendations for taking care of it. We understand how time sensitive real estate deals are, and we know the last thing you want to do is have a buyer back out of a sale because of a delay. This service is not limited to sellers. If you are the buyer of a house and you are concerned that it may have a mold problem or your inspector has already found one, we will provide the same services as we offer to sellers. Although this may seem like a minor detail in a real estate transaction, it is crucial that it is taken care of before the sale is made final.

Clearance Mold Inspections

Was professional mold remediation just completed and now you want to be sure the mold is gone before you begin reconstructing? Contact us and ask about our clearance mold inspections, also known as a post-remediation inspection. During a clearance mold inspection, we perform a thorough visual inspection as well as air and surface samples to evaluate the effectiveness of the remediation process. The mold samples are sent overnight to our laboratory where they are cultured and analyzed to determine the current level of mold activity. A clearance mold inspection reduces the risk of a mold reoccurrence because we make sure there isn’t lingering mold on cleaned surfaces. This inspection provides you with the comfort of knowing the remediation was done properly and completely.
